How do reminders work?
Vault Guardian sends alerts 90, 60, and 30 days before an expiration date, with additional urgency reminders on paid plans.
How many documents can I store for free?
The free plan includes one vault and up to three documents. Pro and Elite raise those limits.
I forgot my PIN.
PIN verification happens on the server. If you cannot recall it, sign in and reset it from Settings, where you will re-verify your account first.
How do I delete my account?
Settings includes a multi-step account deletion flow that removes your documents and account data.
