Information we collect
Account details such as your email address, the documents and metadata you upload, notification preferences, and basic usage information needed to operate reminders and security features.
How information is used
To store and display your documents, send renewal reminders, secure your account, provide support, and improve reliability. Optional document scanning features may process an uploaded file to extract expiration dates; those features are disclosed in-app and are under your control.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to run the service, or with people you explicitly authorize through family sharing or emergency access.
Your choices
You can export your vault, adjust notification preferences, disable optional AI features, and delete your account and stored documents at any time from Settings.
